EDUCATION AND SPORT CAMPS

Assisting our schools, we use the outdoors and adventure to produce lasting change through experiential learning programmes and enjoyment.

MATRIC END YEAR CAMP 2020

Matrics – Join us for a Kalahari adventure! An unforgettable breakaway with a difference.

Celebrate the end of your 12 years at school with an experience as unique as you are, from 13 – 18 December 2020 here at Duin in die Weg. We only take 40 matriculants. We can also assist with bus transport from different places in SA.

INVITATION TO OUR 2020 HIGH SCHOOL LEADERS CONFERENCE

 Duin in die Weg, in collaboration with the University of Stellenbosch, annually offers a high-level Youth Leadership conference for leaders of the Northern Cape,  at the end of their Grade 11 year (4 SRC members/school) . This is truly a top opportunity for both schools and their leaders. It will again take place from 7 – 12 December 2019. We are in the process of obtaining a sponsor/s – so the conference will be free!

INTERNSHIPS / VOLUNTEERS 2021 – LEARN & WORK IN THE OUTDOORS

Busy with or completed your school/matric or tertiary qualification?

Are you unsure about your future? Do you want to complete your practical year, have management potential, and want to assist with positions like Outdoors & Adventure (camp facilitation); marketing; hospitality; maintenance (buildings & ground); farming, conservation; etc.? The duration is 3 months – 1 year. Come and discover the real world!

U/13 RUGBY TOURNAMENT IN 2021

We invite schools to join us for the next Duin in die Weg u/13 Rugby Tournament from 24 – 31 March. We only take 12 teams. What makes this the opportunity of a lifetime for young rugby players and coaches, is the fact that we will host coaching dedicated clinics by top coaches, with matches played every day on the rugby field between the dunes. It is combined with a canoe trip, hiking, fishing, tractor trip, games, etc.
